Order Refund Policy

Because every product ordered through Infinite Body Nutrition is manufactured and labeled specifically for your brand, our refund and returns process works differently from a typical retail purchase. Please review the details below before placing your order.

One-time setup fee

The one-time setup fee ($100 per product) covers label design, three rounds of revisions, a finished mockup, and a physical sample. This fee is non-refundable once design work has begun, as it covers time and resources already invested in your custom label.

Sample approval

Before any full production order is placed, you will receive a physical sample of your product for review. No bulk order is manufactured until you approve this sample. This step exists specifically to minimize your risk — once you approve the sample, you are confirming that the label, packaging, and product meet your expectations.

Exchange requirements (post-approval orders)

Because full orders are only produced after your sample approval, custom-labeled products are generally not eligible for return or exchange once manufactured, except in the following case:
● The product is defective or does not conform to your approved sample.

To qualify for a defect-based exchange:
● You must contact us within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
● The product must be defective or non-conforming to the approved sample.
● The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

All claims are inspected before an exchange is issued. Perishable goods are exempt from return once opened.

Proof of purchase

To process a defect claim, we require your order confirmation or invoice. Claims without proof of purchase cannot be processed.

Approved returns can be mailed to: 819 21st Ave, Albany, GA 31701, United States.
You are responsible for return shipping costs; we do not refund shipping. Please package items carefully — products found damaged or used beyond what is reasonably needed for inspection may not qualify for exchange.
