How is the first fulfillment fee calculated?
The first unit of each user-created product in an order is charged a standard fulfillment fee of $1.99. This covers handling, packaging, and getting it ready to ship.
If a customer orders 1 unit of product A and 1 unit of product B, each will be charged the first fulfillment fee because they are separate products, and the total will be $3.98.
How is fulfillment fee calculated for additional units of the same product?
Any additional units of the same product in the same order are charged a reduced fulfillment fee of $1.29.
Please note that fulfillment fees are non-refundable.
What happens if I create multiple products with the same product code (SKU)?
If you create separate product listings from the same base SKU (e.g., same product with different labels, branding, or custom mockups), each of those is treated as a distinct product in your store.
